Step 1:

Let’s start out by creating a new file. I used a 400×400 pixels canvas set at 72dpi, and I filled my background with #395F8B color shade. Now make a new layer set then name it 'Circle Letter'. Then in a new layer draw a dark circle with #0B0B0B color shade and 62 x 62 px dimensions.

Step 2:

Under Layer Style(Layer > Layer Style) add a Drop Shadow, Inner Shadow, Gradient Overlay and Stroke blending options to your dark circle layer.

Step 3:

In a new layer draw a white circle with 46 x 46 px dimensions. Then under Layer Style(Layer > Layer Style) add an Inner Glow and Stroke blending options.

Step 4:

In a new layer draw a small red circle with #FF0000 color shade and 31 x 31 px dimensions.

Step 5:

Under Layer Style(Layer > Layer Style) add a Gradient Overlay and Stroke blending options to the red circle layer.

Result:

Step 6:

Select the Horizontal Type Tool then set the font family to Berlin Sans FB, 18 pt, smooth and white color shade. In a new text layer type the first letter of your name on the stylish circle design.

Step 7:

Now just duplicate the 'Circle Letter' layer set and add the rest of the letters of your name.
