Step 1:

Let’s start out by creating a new file. I used a 800×800 pixels canvas set at 72dpi, and I filled my background with black. Now make a new layer set and name it 'Metal Pipe'.

In a new layer draw a gray vertical rectangle with #2C2C2C color shade and 13 x 217 px dimensions. Then under Layer Style(Layer > Layer Style) add an Inner Glow and Gradient Overlay blending options.

Step 2:

In a new layer draw a small white rectangle on the bottom of the vertical pipe with 16×10 px dimensions.

Step 3:

Under Layer Style(Layer > Layer Style) add a Gradient Overlay blending option to the small white rectangle layer. Then set the layer's blending mode to Darken.

Step 4:

Create a new layer and draw 4 white 1px lines on the bottom side of the pipe. Then set the layer's blending mode to Soft Light at 25% opacity level.

Step 5:

In a new layer draw a small white ellipse on top of the pipe.

Step 6:

Under Layer Style(Layer > Layer Style) add a Gradient Overlay blending option.

Step 7:

Now just duplicate your 'Metal Pipe' layer set and merge it through Layer > Merge Layer Set. Then make a stacked pattern like the sample shown below.

Step 8:

Fill up your canvas with more metal pipe designs.

Step 9:

Select the Horizontal Type Tool and set the font family to Arial, regular, 24 pt, smooth with #2C2C2C color shade. Now in a new text layer type your website name.Then under Layer Style(Layer > Layer Style) add a Gradient Overlay blending option.
